This trajectory not only offers intensive sessions, but also guidance between sessions, such as coaching, personal schedules with meditations, rituals and exercises, tailored to your goals and situation.
In this trajectory we work together on the themes that are important to you. I help you to clean up deeply and become aware of what is in your “backpack”. This backpack is full of (traumatic) experiences that you unconsciously carry with you – not only from this life, but also from previous lives and the ancestral lines from which you come. By healing this ballast, we make room for new growth and a lighter life.
