The beautiful surroundings of Döllach already ensure that your own process is set in motion. Which automatically ensures that you will end up in deeper layers of yourself. A part of this retreat, about fifty percent, will take place outside. We will collaborate with Mother Nature where we will visit various places of power. At these beautiful places of power you will experience breathing work, letting go of emotions and much more. The other part of the week takes place in a workspace, where we also delve into the inner work.
