What is the HOA Mystery School?
The HOA Mystery School is my modern interpretation of an ancient mystical tradition. It is a place of wisdom, healing and self-insight, where I initiate you into hidden truths through deep rituals and powerful guidance. Here everything revolves around your growth and light, without detours and without fuss. My approach is to the point and offers you the opportunity to clearly see where your blockages are, so that you can effectively clear them and expand your consciousness. What makes this Mystery School unique is the depth of the guidance and the transformative rituals.
Personal Attention
In the HOA Mystery School I offer a program that focuses on 1-on-1 guidance. This means that each participant receives the personal attention and support needed for their unique journey. Where larger programs are often general and impersonal, here you get the chance to fully go through your individual process, making the impact of your transformation even deeper and more lasting.
What does Level 1 of the Mystery School look like?
This first level consists of 10 sessions of two hours each, which I have set up for you to guide you through a process of purification and awareness in 3 to 4 months. This investment of time is not only focused on the sessions themselves, but also on the self-development that you will go through during this period. Each session has a specific goal, and I provide a safe and open atmosphere in which you can transform ever deeper. The structure of this program enables you to deepen your own process and illuminate your energy field without any detours.
Session 1: Opening Ritual in the Open Air
We start this journey with a ritual in nature, where I guide you in a ceremony that symbolizes your transition from dark to light. Together we set an intention to let go of old ballast and open your energy field to pure light.
Session 7: The Dying Ritual
Halfway through this journey I will guide you through a dying ritual in which we say goodbye to the old you. This ritual helps you to let go of what no longer belongs to you and creates space for a renewed version of yourself.
Session 10: Opening to the Light
We conclude this level with a ceremony that strengthens your connection to the light. In this ritual I guide you to fully open your energy field and anchor your spiritual power.
Themes and Transformation in the Intermediate Sessions
In the intermediate sessions we work together on the themes that are important to you. I help you to clean up deeply and become aware of what is in your “backpack”. This backpack is full of (traumatic) experiences that you unconsciously carry with you – not only from this life, but also from previous lives and the ancestral lines from which you come. By healing this ballast from previous experiences and lives, we make room for new growth and a lighter life.
We work on, among other things:
- Inner Child Sharing – healing old childhood pains and wounds that affect your current growth and relationships.
- Memories from past lives and blockages from your ancestral lines – we make these conscious and purify them, so that old energetic ballast is released.
- Symbolisms such as dark and light, inner man and woman, and personality parts – insight and healing in these symbols will help you find balance and get to know yourself on a deeper level.
My approach is direct and transformative: together we see through the “shit” that holds you back, so that you can go through life with a clean energy field and a more powerful consciousness.

Personal Guidance and Deep Transformation
After each session, you will receive a specific assignment, ritual and/or meditation to take home with you to further deepen your process. These exercises help you to continue to grow and transform between sessions. If you get stuck somewhere, you can request an extra coaching call for extra guidance. During this process, you will be provided with powerful tools and insights that will help you to permanently purify your energy field and expand your consciousness - valuable tools that you can continue to use after this program.
I work with different methods:
Energy work is crucial within the HOA Mystery School because it allows us to work on a deeper, spiritual level. During the sessions, I observe the energetic dynamics that are unfolding so that together we can intervene where necessary and transform deeply. Through this approach, we create a safe space in which participants can embody their inner light and accelerate their spiritual growth.
Regression and reincarnation methods are both therapeutic approaches that provide deep insights into unconscious patterns and life lessons. With regression, you go back to previous experiences in this life, such as your childhood, to create awareness and heal. Reincarnation methods involve exploring past lives, which can give you insight into the origins of current challenges and relationships, and can experience deep healing.
Breathwork is a series of breathing techniques used to release emotional, mental and physical blockages and reach deeper levels of consciousness. By consciously breathing and focusing on the breath, you can experience deep relaxation, reduce stress and promote spiritual growth.
Ancestral work focuses on exploring and healing patterns, traumas and beliefs that are passed down from generation to generation. By becoming aware of the influence of your ancestors on your life and behavior, you can break these patterns and free yourself from limiting hereditary burdens.
Saying positive affirmations and intentions to manifest and amplify desired changes in your life. By consciously saying and repeating your intentions, you program your subconscious mind for success and create a powerful energetic resonance that helps you achieve your goals.
We are energetic beings with different layers, such as the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual layer. When we zoom out, a part of us is always connected to Spirit/The Divine. In the sessions, we always tune in to this part that is fully connected to the light. And we give it an assignment in the sessions to bring healing in the here and now through all your layers.
