On this beautiful Sunday morning I would like to share a piece of text from the book "The Hathor Material" by Tom Kenyon and Virginia Essene. I found this so inspiring, beautifully and powerfully written.
☀️ A message from the Hathors ☀️
To reduce something that is extremely complicated to the simplest terms, we can say that the emotional response of man to any given situation is the result of the perception of that situation. If you sense and experience a situation through the eyes of duality, which in the alchemical system of Egypt was expressed as the serpent Apophis, the serpent of duality, then you get caught in the battle of the senses of this three-dimensional reality. There you interpret the event as good or bad, positive or negative, in relation to yourself. If it is good you can be elated, if you interpret it as bad you become dejected or angry or whatever is your usual pattern.
🦋 Thoth and the Eye of Horus 🦋
When you experience a situation through what is called the left eye of Horus, through the faculty of intuition – or through the eye of Thoth, known as the eye of wisdom whose function is called 'tehuti' – you become aware of something beyond the physical. Since everything that happens in the physical realm is in nature an illusion, your freedom lies in seeing the truth behind the illusion. You can still experience physical reality, but on an emotional level your perception goes beyond the physical through the intuitive eye of Horus or through the eye of Thoth, the faculty of wisdom. This ability to perceive the truth behind the illusion is known in the Egyptian alchemical system as 'maat'.
🦁 The truth behind the illusion 🦁
This truth behind the illusion is the foundation from which everything arises and is in essence always peaceful and calm, unchanging, compassionate, benevolent and loving in nature. Maat is therefore the fundamental aspect that sustains everything. When you work with your intuitive attunement to the higher aspects and learn to perceive everything that happens in life with your intuition, you become grounded in the essential love and balance of all things. Then you are not thrown off balance by the serpent Apophis, the serpent of duality.
I melt from this text, what a beautiful description. If I can describe this in my life so beautifully and clearly and speak it out clearly, then I can really clap my hands with happiness and gratitude.
Aho 💚🙏🏻
