This special retreat is a journey to the ancient temples of Egypt, but more importantly, a journey within. The temples we visit are not just stone monuments; they are gateways to our inner world. They reflect our pain, our light, our wisdom, and our potential for growth. By experiencing these temples with intention and awareness, we will not only unravel their mysteries, but also the mysteries of our soul. This is a transformative journey where we do inner work to embody our light and release blockages.
Every day we start with an intention. This intention guides you in experiencing the temples, which will communicate with you and give you deeper insights. Through meditation, breathing exercises, activations and sharings we dive deeper and deeper into the process of transformation. In addition, when visiting the temples you will receive a ritual or a specific assignment that contributes to your growth and transformation process. As I already indicated, this is not just a journey, it is a profound retreat that will give your life a boost in the right direction.

What does the program look like?
May 15: Flight to Luxor
May 16: Temple of Hatshepsut, Medinet Habu and the Temple of Thoth
- Morning: Breakfast together and then we leave for the temples. This day is all about connecting and opening.
- During the day:
- Temple of Hatshepsut: Dedicated to the powerful female pharaoh, this temple invites us to explore our inner strength and balance between male and female energy.
- Medinet Habu: A place of protection and transformation. Here we work with letting go of old patterns and embracing new energy.
- Temple of Thoth: The temple of wisdom and communication. Here we set intentions for clarity and insight.
- Evening: Official opening after dinner. We share our first experiences, we connect even more as a group, discuss the program for the next day and connect more deeply with Ancient Egypt.
May 17: Karnak Temple
- Morning: Breakfast and meditation to attune ourselves energetically.
- During the day: Full day at Karnak Temple, a symbol of spiritual growth and connection to the Divine. Here we explore our relationship with the higher light and our inner structure. We will experience different rituals at Karnak.
- Evening: Meditation, sharing and an activation to integrate the experiences gained.
May 18: Luxor Temple and Travel to Aswan
- Morning: Visit to Luxor Temple, a place of inner enlightenment and cosmic connection. This temple helps us to activate/remember the light within ourselves.
- Afternoon: Travel to Aswan.
- Evening: Free time to visit the Aswan Souk and absorb the energy of the city.
May 19: Khnum Temple and Isis Temple
- Morning: We will sail on the Nile by boat to the Khnum Temple, dedicated to the creator god who reminds us of our own creative power. You will be given an assignment/intention to carry out.
- Afternoon: Visit to the Isis Temple, a place of healing and feminine energy. Here we work with compassion and self-love. You will receive an assignment/intention to carry out.
- Evening: Sharing on the banks of the Nile and reflection to anchor the experiences of the day.
May 20: Trip to Abydos
- Morning: Breakfast and departure to Abydos.
- Evening: Explanation of the Seti I Temple and a breath journey. This breath journey helps us to open up to the Neters (divine forces) and to dive deeper into the transformative process.
May 21: Seti I Temple
- Morning: Meditation, setting intentions, receiving assignment for the day and breakfast.
- During the day: All day in the Seti I Temple. This temple, a masterpiece of spiritual symbolism, helps us to make deep contact with our soul. You will receive personal assignments to carry out in the temple.
- Evening: Group sharing to share insights and experiences plus transformation work.
May 22: Seti I Temple
- Morning: Meditation, setting intentions, receiving assignment for the day and breakfast.
- During the day: A second day in the Seti I Temple, where we work deeper with personal assignments. This day focuses on clearing dark parts and opening to light.
- Evening: Transformative mystery protocols to clear, own and integrate all that we have opened.
May 23: Farewell to Seti I Temple and Return to Luxor
- Morning: Meditation and farewell ceremony in the Seti I Temple.
- Afternoon: Lunch and departure to Luxor.
- Evening: Closing dinner in Luxor. During this dinner we reflect on the journey and the integration process.
May 24: Return flight to Amsterdam

What is included in the trip?
- Hotels: Overnight stays in Luxor, Aswan and Abydos. You will sleep in a double room with someone of the same sex or with your partner.
- A full program: You will receive a complete 8-day retreat program through the mystical temple sites in Egypt with 9 overnight stays.
- Transport: IIncludes transportation to and from the airport for the recommended flight, and all transportation between locations.
- Meals:
- In Luxor and Aswan: Breakfast and dinner. During the day we provide water, fruits and snacks.
- In Abydos: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Entrance tickets: For all the temples we visit.
- Accompaniment: Intensive, transformative guidance throughout the process, including reflections, activations, meditations, temple assignments and other supportive methods.
- An online introductory meeting: We will meet online with the group at the end of April to get to know each other and open the process.
