You are energy. And energy is constantly moving. That same energy takes you everywhere. To the supermarket. To the gym. To work. To a healing session. Energy takes you to your parents. It takes you on a journey. Energy is in you. It is around you. It works through you. In short, everything is energy.
Sometimes it just doesn't seem that way. Just look at the table in front of you. Feel the couch you're sitting on. See the plant in the living room. It's tangible. You can touch it. It's energy that's visible as matter. But is it?
Let's take the table in the living room as an example. You can touch it. Maybe the table is made of wood. It feels hard. And if you knock on it, you get a sound wave back. For a large part of humanity, that table is just a table. But if you zoom out or maybe zoom in, you will conclude that this table is still energy. That the energy has fixed itself in a fixed place, so that a table can temporarily be manifested in matter, but that the energy still has a vibration. It just has a very slow vibration, but it is still moving.
Seeing solid matter as energy
That is why some experienced Souls can see through matter and even walk through it. They still see solid matter as energy. They see themselves as energy. And energy is malleable, you can mold it, you can transform it, you can transmute it, but you cannot destroy it. And even better.. Energy can manifest itself in our 3D reality as matter.
And as with the example of the table. There has been a wish (intention) of someone to buy a table. And from that wish (the wish is energy here) something tangible is manifested in matter.
Experienced masters therefore see infinite potential.
Everything is possible. In energy everything is already there. The trick is to embrace the alchemist in yourself and to be able to bend energy to your wishes and desires. That is why I believe Jeshua could continue to share the bread. Why? He simply saw that everything is energy, that everything is abundance, and when a wish is pure and clean that it is manifested. I believe she believed that everything is always there at exactly the right time when it is needed.
Life takes care of you. We are alchemy. That is also what I teach among other things and what I teach you in my online training “mastery in change”.
We can continue to transform and transmute
With this wisdom we can also continue to transform and transmute our own energy. That is why I believe that my own processes of energy shifts are becoming more and more effortless. I believe that I can create my own reality, simply because I believe that I can create everything from the energy from a pure and clean desire.
There are so many awareness, transformation, and manifestation techniques for this. Including transformative breathwork. If you are curious about that, this is definitely recommended.
Why? Because you are going to transform energy directly in the here and now, you are going to let it go, so that you can manifest new energy in your system.

You get to restructure and reinvent yourself, so that the limiting beliefs, conditioning and all those old programs that are running in your energetic system can be dissolved.
Do that a little bit every day and you will come more and more home to the knowledge that we are energy and that everything is possible within it.
