This will now give you more inner peace. This is the power of the Great Unknown, of the field of Not-Knowing
Ever notice how a light mist of Not-Knowing can sometimes bring a sense of calm? As if the future, wrapped in a soft haze, invites us to step openly into the unknown. Enthusiasm bubbles up, tingling with the potential that lies hidden in every step we take.
We long for answers, for certainty, but in that search we sometimes forget the beauty of mystery. It is in that oasis of Not-Knowing that we free ourselves from the pressure of expectations, from the fear of failure. We embrace the journey, without clinging to a defined destination.
It is a field of Surrender, in which we as humanity may increasingly descend. A service to the Greater Whole, of which you and I are a part.
Think of a child exploring the world with wonder. Open-minded, curious, with no limits to their imagination. The future is a playground, full of adventures waiting to be experienced. And with every step we take, we unravel a piece of the mystery, we learn and grow. Without really knowing where we are going.
But does that matter? Is it necessary to know everything already? Or can we also completely relax in the Not-Knowing and increasingly embrace the adventure of each moment?
Inner peace is not found in controlling everything, but in surrendering to the unknown. Trust the rhythm of life, the current that takes you to unexpected, beautiful places. Let yourself be guided by your intuition, by the soft whisper of your inner compass.
Embrace the beauty of Not-Knowing. Be excited by the endless possibilities that lie before you. Step into the future with an open heart and an open mind, and enjoy the journey, with all its twists and turns.
Inner peace is available to anyone who dares to slow down, breathe, and listen to the wisdom of the unknown.
I would like to share a small and simple exercise with you.
Here it comes:
1) Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breathing
2) Feel the peace increase by repeating softly to yourself: I am completely okay in Not-Knowing, I am inner Peace
3) Do this for a few minutes and let yourself land more and more in the Not-Knowing.4) Open your eyes again and see how you feel now.
Will you also let me know what this has done to you? And would you like to receive more of these exercises from me? Send me a message via my socials.
Together we create Heaven on Earth,
Love,
Brian
