⛰ I am grateful for the past week
What a fantastic retreat in the mountains and how well the participants did it! I feel proud when I see how the participants look at and approach their processes. Proud that they all go home a lot lighter. Proud that they are all richer for an experience. An experience that again consists of all separate experiences, because so much has been allowed to happen this week.
I feel proud and grateful that I was able to facilitate this group with Robert Bridgeman, Karin Beens, Judith Malotaux and Isai Bros! And not to forget all the people behind the scenes who made this possible, including Monique Bruggeman – van Leeuwen and Danny Dekker. Everyone fulfilled their role so beautifully. It went wonderfully in flow. The mountain walks, the shamanic breathing, the caves, the transformation sessions and group circles.
🔥 I now experience more Confidence and Power 🔥
A beautiful experience that also allows me to grow further as a healer. Group work, giving meditations, fieldkeeping, sensing where I am needed, working intuitively, surrendering to spirit, going deep with the participants. This is my passion. Actually I can say this is one of my passions. I would like to do this work in combination with creating, writing and other forms of expression all day long. It is sometimes intense, but it is so beautiful. So valuable. Such rewarding work.
I experience more and more trust in my system and that brings joy and strength. I feel myself becoming more powerful. Not only by starting process work, but also by actually doing it. Daring to jump and trusting that the universe will catch you. Being in surrender.
I will also take that trust, daring to jump and being in surrender with me in Self Empowerment training - Mystery School September 2021 which starts next weekend. I will leave for the Netherlands again on Wednesday morning. I am looking forward to learning from Altazar Rossiter. To be in his energy. I am looking forward to the process work and getting to know the group. To go deeper into working with protocols. Ready to go deeper into the process myself. To clean up my inner world even more. So that I can facilitate current clients, future clients and the earth with even more pure and pure consciousness. And I am so happy and in love that my friend Esther Geskus will also do this training. To grow together. To tackle this together. To make this spiritual journey together. I am so grateful for that! 💚
🌑 Afraid of the dark 🌑
I myself was also invited to go into the depths. And not just the depths in the caves, but especially to look at the darkness in the cave. To dare to look at the darkness in myself and dare to feel it. Because as many of you probably don't know, I was afraid of the dark for years. Read afraid of the dark. Afraid of the darkness. And I still regularly experienced that fear in my system. That's why I decided to look at the fear of being completely in the dark and darkness in the cave. And I did. As soon as I feel space for that, I will make a podcast about being afraid of the dark. Because as with everything, being afraid of the dark only reflects what is going on inside you.

Sanne is among other things a Transformational Coach, healer, mother and also a great medium. I look forward to our conversation. Sanne has so much in her.
