The Initiation to The Next Evolution
My personal path from separation to embodiment of Light
Sometimes it seems like life is breaking us. But what it really does is break us open. Not to destroy us, but to remind us of who we are. That is my journey. A journey from darkness to Light. From survival to life. This is what I embody and what I convey.
Back to a connection with life
For years I lived cut off from myself. From my feelings. From the Source.
I may have been functioning outwardly, but inside I was empty. Or rather: full. Full of unrest. Full of desire that had nowhere to go. Full of patterns that held me captive.
Addiction became my refuge. It offered me a way out, a brief moment of silence in the storm. But the emptiness that followed grew bigger and bigger. I lost myself, bit by bit. And yet… somewhere deep inside, something small burned. A flame. A knowing. That this wasn’t all. That I was meant for something else. Something bigger. Something more loving.
At the age of 28 it broke open. Not all at once, but in layers.
A deep inner voice began to stir. Softly, but steadfastly. And I listened. Cautiously at first. Then with more conviction.
I started receiving sessions. Deep inner work. Not once, but at least 200 sessions. I have lost count by now.. Layers of pain came up. Traumas, old wounds, parts of me that I had forgotten.
I looked at them. Over and over again. Not to fix them. But to see them. To embrace them. To integrate them. Each time I went deeper into the process.
My book “It could have ended differently” is an ode to that process. To the depth, the darkness, the separation. And to the power that is born there. Because that is what happened: I woke up. In myself. In life. In my soul.
But it didn't stop there. Because somewhere I felt: this is just the beginning. Layer by layer something new started to emerge.
A shift of focus, of attention.
After years of shadow work, something else began to present itself. Not as a goal, but as an invitation. Not as something I had to achieve, but as something I was allowed to are. A soft but clear call: “Change your focus. You no longer have to dig in the dark. Build the Light now. That is what you are truly meant to do.”
And that was the first initiation into The Next Evolution.
An inner knowing that it is time for a different (renewed and expanding) consciousness. For a different way of living. Not by avoiding pain, but by letting the Light take the lead. By no longer postponing joy. By no longer seeing bliss, freedom and love as the end station, but as the starting point. I began to remember who I really am. And that remembering changed everything.
My work changed. My energy changed. My life changed. Not because I knew everything, but because I surrendered. To the Light. To God. To the path that only reveals itself when you dare to trust, a path of surrender.
The Next Evolution as a living field
The Next Evolution is not a program. Not a method. Not a solution.
It is a living field. A vibration of consciousness. An invitation to open to your true essence.
To recognize, remember, embody, live the Light within yourself.
It is no longer a search. No more inner struggle.
It is a homecoming. Into yourself. Into the Source. Into life itself.
That's what I do now. That's what I live now. That's what I share now.
This frequency flows along in everything I offer.
In the sessions. In the retreats. In the words. In the silence in between.
And maybe you are there too. At that tipping point.
Between the old and the new.
Between knowing and actually choosing.
Between who you were, and who you actually have been all along.
Between trying and surrender.
Between memory and embodiment.
Then I invite you.
Not to follow me. But to meet yourself.
To meet the teacher within yourself.
To let your own Light speak.
To stand. To live. To shine.
And to move together in the living field of The Next Evolution.
My Biggest Transformation So Far: How I Freed Myself
I learned to let go of what no longer served me, to heal on deeper levels and to open myself more and more to the light that was always present within me. Egypt was a powerful catalyst in this; a place where ancient wisdom and the energy of transformation are palpably present. During my journey in this special country I was initiated into the light of Amun-Ra, which brought about a profound and lasting change. In this podcast I share how I came closer to my true essence through trial and error, how I freed myself from old beliefs and baggage, and how this transformation changed my life forever.
My intention in sharing my story is to inspire you on your own path to liberation and coming home to yourself.
