You don’t need to know where the journey ends. All it takes is one step at a time. I’ll tell you why…
The past few weeks have been very special for me. After my return from Israel, everything has been going very fast. Requests for podcasts, interviews and lectures. My agenda is filling up. In addition, I have one mystical experience after another. It is as if all my senses are opened. Life comes in more and more every day.
And of course I'm super into that satisfying for. I get to live my mission and even though this feels like just the beginning, it is so incredibly beautiful to be able to contribute to creating a better world for young and old.
When I get messages from young people who have so much recognition find in my story, but also older people, then my heart melts with love and gratitude. From my own experience I know how important it is to step into your own transformation process. And from that same experience I also know how difficult it can be to take those first steps.
I never saw myself for who I am and that has always been a theme in my life up until now, but I feel like that is changing now.
The writer in me feels seen, the teacher in me feels seen, my inner child feels more and more seen, my ego feels seen, my Divine Self feels seen, the shaman in me feels seen, the healer in me feels seen, the insecure and anxious parts in me feel seen, the scared little boy feels seen, all the parts in me feel more and more seen. I increasingly see myself for who I am and may be.
And finally seeing myself for who I am, because that's what it's all about for me, then the outside world will also see you for who you are.
For that, you may finally, just like me, dare to take those first steps. And I know… That takes courage. And I also know that you can do it. It is in you.
So when you take those first steps, no matter how small, life is going to change for you. You don’t have to know what the end picture looks like. Just take one step at a time. Every step is a step in the right direction. And when you dare to take those steps for yourself, the Universe is going to reward you. Why? Because you are sending a signal that you are starting to grant yourself. You are starting to find yourself worthy.
So give yourself a more beautiful world. Give yourself happiness, because you are worth it. Give yourself change. Give yourself that first step.
Because wherever you are in life, you can do it. Change is possible. If I can break out of a deep-rooted addiction, then so can you.
During my addiction, especially the last two years, I tried to get out several times. I tried different methods, but I thought that it didn't matter. That it wouldn't help that much…
Now that I look back on it, I have changed my mind. It did work. I thought they were failed steps, but these were also steps towards the outcome. Sometimes a step seems like a wrong decision, but in the end it always puts you on the right path.
Life is one big process of remembering who we are in Essence. And that is Love.
So never give up, because you are really on the right path. I promise you that. I know that for sure. Just keep walking. Take that step every day. Read a few pages of a book, take a walk, go to the gym once, go for a 1-on-1 coaching session, go to a workshop. Follow your heart. Let yourself be guided.
You are being guided and cared for. Really. Start saying that to yourself every day as a mantra: Life is taking care of me, I am being cared for, I am being carried by life. I am life.
Love,
Brian
